How soon can I get the service?We provide our service from Monday – Saturday. We are closed on public holidays and there is a limited service over Christmas and New Year’s period. We recommend you book in advance to avoid disappointment. How can I pay for this service?We accept MASTER CARD, VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and Debit Card. Do you supply packing materials for storage?Yes, we supply a range of packing materials to meet your needs, from mattress protectors to removal blankets, and of course boxes, packaging tape and wrapping paper. We can email an order form to you and once this is completed and returned to our office, the packing supplies will be delivered to you before the service. For our Load4U service you can order blankets, straps etc. and we can bring them on your requested delivery date. Please contact our customer service team for further information or check out our packing materials on the website. Is there anything I need to do once I have booked and paid for the service?
When do I get charged for the service?Storage You will be charged on the day of delivery of your trailer. The next payment which will be deducted from your credit card will occur on the 1st of each month in advance.
Load4U Load4U will be charged after the service has occurred. There is a minimum of 1 hour packing service with the Load4U team, and for any post removal service you will be charged for additional usage of the Load4U in half hour blocks. Do you provide more than 10 m2 storage?Our storage Shells are a standard size of 10m2/20m3. This is the equivalent to the size of a single garage and can comfortably store the contents of a 2 bedroom moderately furnished apartment. We also cater for storage sizes of 5m2/10m3 and 20m2/40m3, so please contact our customer service team for more information. I have booked a storage job and would like to cancel, what is the process?You must cancel your booking at least 2 days prior to the delivery date or cancellation fees may apply. Can I insure my belongings while they are in storage?For an additional fee we can provide insurance to cover you from certain risks. Talk to the Grace Self Storage representative team for further information and a quote. How long is the trailer so that I know how much space to reserve on the street outside my house?The trailer is 4.4m long, 2.2m wide and 2.1m high. This approximately will take up two car spaces. It is recommended when booking to provide specific parking instructions for the driver when he arrives with the shell to your location. Can the storage unit be sent to another state when retrieved and is there an additional cost?Yes, there will be additional costs. Please contact our customer service team for a customised quote. I would like to have my goods returned. Do I get a refund for the balance of the month?We do not charge on a pro-rata basis, therefore if you choose to take your belonging out of storage mid-month your are still charged the full month for storage. I would like to use your storage service however I want to collect belongings from more than one location; are there additional charges for this?Yes, you will be charged a certain rate per additional location.
